what to expect
❋ Program CycleThis program consists of one hour session per week — 4 focused sessions per month. (We recommend a 3-month cycle for best results.)
❋ Certified TrainersEach session will be led by certified trainers specializing in fitness and sports movement, ensuring professional guidance and safe, effective instruction.
❋ Athletic DirectionIn-person help for the athlete and parent to get clear guidance on training direction — strengths and areas that need improvement.
❋ Who Can ParticipateThis program coed ages 7-13.
