what to expect
❋ Athletic Assessment
This in-person training includes free athletic assessments at the start and end of the cycle to track progress, including an InBody scan of body composition.
❋ Program Cycle
This program has two 1-hour sessions per week — 8 focused sessions per month. (We recommend a 3-month cycle for best results.)
❋ Certified Trainers
Each session will be led by certified trainers specializing in fitness and sports movement, ensuring professional guidance and safe, effective instruction.
❋ Athletic Direction
In-person help for the athlete and parent to get clear guidance on training direction — strengths and areas that need improvement.
❋ Who Can Participate
This coed program is organized into two age groups to better match developmental needs: ages 8–10 and ages 11–16, allowing coaches to tailor drills and instruction to each group's physical and cognitive stage.
